Keyless trunk pops open at night randomly.

I have a 2017 Toyota Camry XLE that has one of those keyless fob thingys. I live at a marina and park in the same space. About a month ago the trunk started to open at night sporadically about every 3 or 4 days. My son took the car for a week, parked it elsewhere and didn’t have a problem. I take it back and it starts doing it again. Could there be a car at the marina that has a similar key that is accidentally doing this?
