I have tried everything I could think of, formatting the card, installing a game without it, removing it, restarting and then inserting it.

No matter what I try, the deck keeps setting it as the default drive.

I’m on stable release, latest update. Happens on both new OLED model and LCD.

I just noticed that on mine too. Possible bug with the latest release so we’ll probably have to deal with it until the next update

I have the same issue. It’s frustrating because you think you’re installing to the hdd, but if you don’t catch it, it winds up on the SD card. I’ve had nothing but problems with the OLED model I have. Performance is strangely worse. Download speeds are about half of what I got on my previous LCD Deck… It’s really been a disappointment.

The problem with the SD card seems to affect all models of decks, not just the oled.

I also had very slow internet speed at the beginning (around 5Mb/s) but it went away after an hour and a restart. If you still have problems, try a factory reset in the system settings.

This is getting super annoying. Every time I switch to desktop mode or shutdown/reboot my deck it gets set to the Micro SD as default. I use a smallish SD card for emulation only on my 512gb OLED deck. I don’t want Steam games on it.
