As title says. Seeing all of these reports, even if the LE deck doesn’t have any dead pixels on arrival, would it make sense to assume it has a higher risk of developing dead pixels with through time with more use?

Absouleuly, the fact that on the LE they choose a less superior brand is unacceptable. I have multiple OLED screens and I’ll tell you THEY are not as durable for shit. There’s always a risk buying OLED in general. The technology just hasn’t been around long enough. I had to return 2 Samsung OLED monitors due to air bubbles inside of the panel. My deck is still in transit but I’m already disappointed. This is my first SD and already having second thoughts picking this over the Ally. Considering the hassle I’ll have to go through to RMA and of course waiting.
