Vehicle 1998 ford e450 7.3l

I noticed a very minor amount of play in my passenger side front ball bearing. So little that it’s hard to see but you can hear it if you grab the wheel firmly and move it. If you weren’t paying attention you could probably miss it. That being said id guess the play is no more than a few mm. Driver side has no play. Ball joints replaced last year and I do hear a faint noise that sounds like a bearing hum on the driver side.

How safe would it be to drive with a minuscule amount of play? I want to go on a trip in a few days and I’m already working on another car and would rather put this off for no more than 500-1000 miles. Of course I’d rather be safe than sorry so I’d like some outside opinions on this.
