I am idiot, I accidentally bought 2 remarkables and am freaking out now. I have emailed support but checking past posts here it seems like it’s going to be difficult to get a refund on one.
What should I do?
I shipped a folio case to the wrong address once and there was nothing they could do on their end – their shipping system is automated and very quick (and ships internationally). I was able to re-route it on my end.
But as another commenter alluded, each ReMarkable comes with a 100 day money back guarantee – you can definitely return the extra in that window.

I would think you should be able to get a refund. Unopended brand new unit…of not let me know. I have been actually been thinking of getting one.
