Good evening fellow BMW enthusiasts!

I am planning on purchasing my first BMW in the next couple months, a 2024 X2 M35i.

My question is this: having two children, is the back seat large enough? I have a 9 year old who doesn’t currently use a car seat and a 2 year old who uses a full size front facing seat.

As I understand it, this new redesign of the X2 adds more overall length to the outgoing body style so I am hoping that translates into more rear legroom.

Does anyone currently own the last generation of X2 and can offer insight as to the rear legroom and if it is enough for their kiddos? If it is then I have zero worries about the new body style.

I would love to just simply purchase the X3 however, it is a little out of my budget.
