Is it true Audi has so many issues all the time? I’ve been eyeing the 2020 Q8 and I’m worried about the alternator just giving up while you drive… Now eyeing the X7 instead. In the Audi subreddit as well and man so issues, not sure anymore.

What interior did you go with? I have the same car on order with the cognac interior. Production week is scheduled for next week

Holy f**** she’s beautiful! I have a M440i in 2 doors and I’m tempted to trade it in for the grand coupe because we just had a kid, but I was torn because the GC looked less sporty to me but this picture man, you just changed my mind ! Do you have the new iDrive 8 with the large screen?

I have this same model year in Portimao blue metallic with cognac sensa tec interior and the black-out shadowline package. I waffled between that color combo and the one you’ve chosen as my no-contest top choices, so I know your car is absolutely beautiful (that said, I’m also very happy with my choice). I’ve driven Toyotas for years, and although they are wonderfully reliable machines, they aren’t terribly interesting to drive (note, I’ve never owned something like a GT86, so…). The only thing I don’t like about this model year is the steering - it doesn’t convey a lot of road feel, but IMO, that’s probably ok for a daily driver. Anyway, enjoy this lovely machine. It’s incredibly fun to drive. p.s., I may have to look into the Ninte front splitter you’ve added - very cool. Cheers!

Nice! Congrats. Here’s wishing you many happy miles together. Audis are really sweet but personally, even as much as I love ‘em, that BMW high-speed stability/composure … I always miss it.

What led to the change? What do you think of the driving experience, Audi vs. BMW?
