Equipment help - poor performance!

I have 800 mbps Ethernet plan through xfinity and currently I am only getting 18 mbps performance.

I have the Arris SB6190 modem (up to 800 mbps performance purported)

And I have a netgear ac1750 router.

Why am I getting such poor internet download speeds?
