Final update 3: what yall think?

2008 kia sportage. I figured it out. Got my more knowledgeable uncle’s help finally. We found that the engine is indeed binding. I have manifold leak so it could be a burned out valve. Could be the timing chain, which i have 2 of… either way its gonna have to go into a shop and theyre gonna have to take the engine apart… sad day my friend
