My car got stolen this morning. Tracking said 2:10 and the robbers disabled it completely!!!
I’ve reported it to the police last seen going into Birmingham around 2:30am this morning 😭😭
They broke into my house broke all the doors. Didn’t even hear them. Stole multiple sets of car keys.
I’ve attached the car reg/ photo.
Is there any chance I’ll get my car bad?? 😭😭😭

Scum. I’ve got a e46 (2006) 320cd. I’d be absolutely devastated if my car was stolen. Your cars are very sort after for car thieves. The parts are probably worth more than the car. Really lovely car. I’m very sorry for you all, especially for your personal space being invaded. Absolute scum of the Earth from them to the ring leaders.I hope the new arrival will bring solace & you’ll get some justice

You’re supposed to drop an AirTag in the car and put your keys in a faraday bag or tin can the key was probably out in the open, they used antenna to pick up on the car keys frequency
Are faraday bags common in the UK? Never even heard of them before this thread! I’m in the states.

Huh. Who knew! My vehicles are in Louisville and Denver. Auto theft is pretty rare in Kentucky and the only thing they steal in Denver are Kia’s and Ford trucks!

Should install security cams from Nest around your home, and invest in a faraday pouch/box from Amazon to your key fobs in so that this can’t happen again Edit: and keep the faraday box/pouch in your room while you’re asleep or hide it in a closet if you’re gone

Seems like they been watching you for a while and had a plan to take the car and because of this the car is probably in pieces by now being sold for parts. Most likely no.
So sorry man! England is fucked when it comes to car theft. Was planning on getting a F90 M5 for myself in 2024 but recently changed my mind. Don’t want that stress on my mind 24x7 that someone’s most probably gonna steal it sooner or later.
