I’m a huge fan of sci-fi stories that really stretch your brain with time travel paradoxes and so forth. This one checks that box for me and I enjoyed it.
I played it on PC though, not Deck, so I can’t speak to that.
It’s one of those types of games where is doesn’t leave a huge imprint on your mind.
Story is usual SciFi cliches, graphics are ok for the time and the gameplay is good but not ground breaking.
It is however a very tightly made game. No fluff. Story is coherent and paced well without much issue. Gameplay mechanics and guns while not ground breaking, are well thought out and have enough variety to be fun.
It’s an overall great game that you’ll have fun with but not necessarily remember until you’re reminded about it. But it’ll always be fun to fire it up and play again.
Wow, what a throwback. I never played this game but I remember seeing the trailers and thinking it was cool. Does it actually hold up?
Perfectly. I’m using a community profile for gyro aiming and it is a blast to play it. Very immersive
