Is there any way to transfer everything from a my Steamdeck to my new OLEDeck? It’s more for my desktop mode… I want to keep it as “as is” as possible.
First or third party options would be nice… need a backup image to restore to the new device or something… anything?

Seems to hit the nail on the head with reasons why you’d want to do this. This seems like the option. I wish valve would provide something like this… maybe just a usbc to usbc cable to link two devices, or over WiFi.
Going from the lcd to the oled, I hope that there isn’t any versioning issues with the software. My setup doesn’t know about the hdr or higher refresh rates. Hopefully it can update after the fact or detect it dynamically.

Any issues with it not detecting larger drive after restoring the clone or any issues with the changes in hardware and stuff after doing this?
An option is to literally grab the old SSD, and put it in the new Deck. It should work.
Oof, I don’t have an external SSD lying around anymore to hold the clone, this is going to be more annoying than I thought.
