Bought a SD and a Docking Station, paid CA$95 “import fees” at checkout.
CEVA Logistics arranged for another charge of CA$117.38 collected by FedEx before they would release the package for a total shipping of CA$212.38.
Other Canadian customers are getting theirs (Deck only) for CA$89 as displayed at checkout with no further charges to their doors.
Explained the situation and sent my FedEx invoice to Steam Support 4 days ago with a request for a full refund of the CEVA-induced charges.
Spent an hour on CEVA Logistics’ chat box/customer service portal for over an hour to try and get some remediation happening and by all appearances there doesn’t seem to be anyone working there. Zero response to email or otherwise as of 4 hours later.
