After seeing alot about the game in connection to the deck I decided to get it in the sale and just spend over an houre doing run after run

(reaching Meg? God iam bad with names twice nearly beating her the second time)

And f*ck is it fun I can barley put it down to go make some food

(some tips/advise would be welcome)

Defeating Meg is all about your dash skills. If you haven’t upgraded that with the darkness you’ve collected so far, now’s the time.

Hades didn’t really click with me a few years ago and I refunded it. Not sure if I should give it another go sometime

whnever you have to choose a door, always pick darkness, its the resource that helps level up your skills and stuff at the mirror. always pick that resource to level up faster

Megs moves are telegraphed so just avoid her attacks and concentrate on staying alive. Don’t get greedy. Only take a few pot shots at her when you can and dash away. I find the bow to be the easiest weapon to beat Meg (and probably the whole game… Haven’t beat it yet).

Try Ember Knjghts if you like Hades, Dead Cells is also a great Deck friendly roguelike, andVampire Survivors hits the same kind of “one more run” feel.

Add button combos to back paddles and you got a party going. I can’t play without them. BY for example.

I bought it on PC 2 years ago and never touched it.

After I got my Steam Deck, I beat Hades in like 2 weeks.

If you played Dark Souls, the game gets easier once you treat it as so (2 hits and back off), but rushing in like an idiot is always more fun…

I bought it in early access on epic without really knowing what it was and ended up buying again on the switch when it fully released (before deck was out) and honestly have no regrets. It’s great game and I can’t wait for the sequel.

Also you should look up the Hades sub, greats folks all around.

It was a lot of fun for me too! I don’t know why I waited for so long to start playing it. I only beat it a couple times so far and I haven’t tried all the weapons. The lore, voice acting, art styles are all really good!

I love games with good fist weapon/playstyle design. Currently doing runs of Astral Ascent with the fist attack character as well. The only issue for me with this game is that the better I get, the longer my run is…and I don’t have enough time for a long run><
