Those plugs look great. Check your engine air filter if you’re getting bad mpg, otherwise take it to a shop for a diagnostic

Body Work. Questions related to dings, dents, accidents, paint and so forth DO NOT belong here. Take the car to an auto body repair shop who can give you a qualified estimate.
