Not terrible, at all. It is an excellent proving ground for prospects to begin their careers.
It’s just not though. Maybe many of the smaller worse European leagues.
Yes some good players come out of the league like any, but in bad leagues bad players can shine

it is def better than Portugal lol. Portugal non top 4 clubs have journeyman players coming from Brazilian serie C even. they have 0 pull
Lower I would say, doesn’t mean the players are all bad just that bad players can perform better
