There are a number of past posts asking about grip covers for the deck that fit in the LCD carrying case. Seems like a few popular ones do, from S&C, Spigen, maybe JSAUX, etc.

But I’m not sure if the inner shell of the OLED case would be as forgiving. It seems like the same template as the original liner, looking at them side by side, but fit can come down to millimeters and I’m sure Valve would optimize the shell case for “snug.”

I’m loving the improvements on the OLED I just received and I’m pretty sure I’m about to put a lot of hours on it. So I was considering a grip cover but would rather not have to experiment with fit. I figure some people who upgraded probably already had a cover on day 1, and might have tried it on.

So, has anyone with a grip cover on their LCD deck tried transferring it to the OLED deck? If so, did it still fit in the inner case without stressing the sticks?
