hello! I just switched from samsung s20 fe to iPhone 14 and am looking to switch back. however, I’ve been told switching from iPhone to Samsung kicks you out of group chats. is this true even if I’m returning to my old Samsung phone? I really don’t want to be kicked out as I have a group chat with important messages to me from late friends. thank you in advance :)

Turn off iMessage with your number but before you do that, use your email to send and receive so that it won’t kick you out
