He never calls the fouls on CP3, he calls them on his bigs. Like Dario having 3 fouls right now. I don’t think Foster actually has anything against CP3, he’s just the ref that’s most likely to call offball fouls and he’s strict about using hands. It makes screens a lot riskier for the offense
