So whenever I am on desktop mode my speeds are in the bytes and kilobytes. My internet speeds are 100mbs down. Game mode seems normal.

My deck download speeds have always been abysmal no matter where I am.
Plugged my new OLED in and I am happy to report that the download speeds are STILL ABYSMAL.
