I have a 2003 Ford ranger. The last two weeks every time I drive my windshield and windows will fog up to the point where I have to continuously wipe my windshield while driving. I am not having any overheating issues, the truck runs fine. There are no obvious signs of coolant or anything leaking, I continuously check to be safe. It typically only happens for the first 15 to 30 minutes of the truck being on. I do usually let the truck warm up for 10 to 15 minutes before I drive it.

When it first started happening it wasn’t regularly causing the windshield to fog up. It would happen maybe once or twice a week. Took it to the shop and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong.

But as it now happens almost every time I drive the truck it is driving me nuts to have to continuously wipe the windshield to see while driving.

Does anybody know what the issue could possibly be?

No idea if this is it but a few years ago that was happening to me, asked my local mechanic when I was there, he popped the bonnet and removed a load of leaves that had gathered in the little grill bit near the windscreen wipers! Bam! No more foggy windows, I’ve never let leaves gather there since.
