I got the battery tested and its in the green. I took off the starter to see if the engine was seized. The crankshaft pulley turned 360 degrees with no stops. So unless the issue is further internal then its not seized…but then i turn to the starter. Did a bump test and nothing. I connected it to the battery and… nothing. No spinning. No buzzing, nothing… so it was the starter the entire time which i am thankful for. But i gotta get about $100 more to afford one. So im stuck until then lol

If you’re hard stuck because you need a starter, you might pull it apart a bit, carefully and within your abilities, to see if anything obvious is wrong that can be corrected. Might get luck and a good cleaning/sanding of the brushes could get you by for a bit.
