What do you do with your old hybrid batteries?

Replaced a hybrid battery in a 2007 Highlander. Just wondering if there’s any value to this thing.

Take them to a specific battery recycling center. If they short especially wet they can self ignite and very few things can stop it , the fumes are very deadly . Treat like nuclear waste it’s that bad.
