so not sure where to ask or anything, but i currently have no funds to spend on anything really,
last year my wife hemaraged at home, and i nealy lost both her and my at the time unborn son, but at the time daughter “3” seen the whole thing… but has left my wife with problems that has led her not able to work, mental health, and phisical problems, so iv had to leave work to become her and my kids full time carer,
would it be a good idea to set up a go fund me or something so i can get a Steamdeck?, even the base model lcd version, i mean the OLED would be good but any. would this be selfish or a stuipd idea,
please remove mods if not alowed im just asking if it would be good idea or not.
but please please be honest in the replys, i dont want to upset anyone or come across wrong.

Yeah could be a good idea. Doesn’t hurt to try. I’m sorry for you situation. Hope you’re able to get through it. If you do set one up see if your able to add it to your post would be happy to send a few bucks for it.
