I wanna upgrade my ram to 2x24gb 7200. I just want to know that can it run with XMP and stable?

it said it support up to 7200 on the MSI website tho but i’m not sure

spec:

4090, 13900k, MSI PRO Z790-A WIFI

    I’m using the 7200 2x24gb kit from g.skill trident z5 with a 14700k on that same motherboard and have had zero issues with xmp

    I’m using Corsair Dominator 7200 on my MSI Z790 Tomahawk. No problem. But the first advice you got is all you probably need.

    Msi’s QVL is the only one I’d remotely trust, they are much more conservative than the other mobo manufacturers so you have a decent chance.
