My dad just bought a gel for his S22 Ultra, he asked for a protective film for the screen and they said for this device this special gel (they said it contains titanium) it’s the only viable solution for a screen protector,

I searched online and I didn’t find anything about it, it is actually true and valuable as screen protector? Or my dad just got scammed?
