Quick question - what is the number on the right of RAM usage?

So for example - RAM usage is 12 GiB, and on the right of it there is the second number - 0.7 GiB. What does the 0.7 GiB mean?

    Purely a few guesses.

    1. Could be the ram used by the compatibility layer
    2. Could be the ram usage between the cpu or gpu as its an apu
    3. Could be what it’s using versus it’s max for the game
