So I was thinking of buying Samsung Galaxy A34 5g. As you know that smartphone has a U drop notch in the front. So while thinking about that, I had a question i.e., whether 60hz in iphone 15 plus is more outdated or a U drop notch in Samsung Galaxy A34 ? So what do you say 👇
i really dislike with ultra design. if exynos for s24, and s24+. I rather pick iphone 15 pro
Buy what you need, not something that marketing brainwashed people told you to buy.
The u notch for me is no big deal, especially on a mid range phone. At least you get 120hz refresh rate, oled 1080p panel, a good mediatek 1080 processor which rivals the exynos 1380 in the A54 etc
I mean if you have the budget for an iphone 15 then you can also get an iphone 13 / 14 pro or wait for the s24 or get a pixel there are lots of options at that price
hi
i have lg v60, neither of them bothers me.
if you can buy an iPhone 15, buy an S23 instead of an A34.
U drop notch isn’t even outdated wth
the notch at least has a reason behind it while 60hz is just to cut cost
60hz is not even a cut cost, it is simply a differentiating factor between pro and non pro

It’s so amusing how people care about what’s “outdated.” Do you like the teardrop notch or the massive notch that’s basically a bezel with two reverse notches of a bit of screen showing through, lol. Anyway, that’s really not the biggest difference at all. The two phones are not comparable IMO.
if an iPhone 15 is on your budget you might wanna go for the regular S23. A bright beautiful 120hz AMOLED screen, good battery life, ultrasonic fingerprint reader, no notch, a telephoto lens and the 8 Gen 2.
oof.
I for one can hardly see 120 vs. 60 Hz scrolling if I don’t explicitly look for it. I have it off for normal use (A53).
Tear drop notch - can be seen more than a pin hole notch. But iphone’s mega notch is the largest and people still love
60hz is totally a shame for such an expensive phone…
I can’t go back to 60hz - maybe it varies from person to person but I can definitely tell. And even if the display is 4K with amazing contrast and brightness blah blah, it feels outdated as soon as I see that juddering. I can’t say I notice much difference at higher rates - 90+ I’d say it’s hard to spot unless you side-by-side it with a 120hz or higher panel. And I see no difference (given the relatively small phone screen) from 120hz onwards.
yo guys who updated to one ui 6 on s22 (europe) are there any bugs ?
