A lot happened in the last month of my life and i have a lot of sleep issues.
Cant fall asleep, waking up multiple times, waking up way to early and receiving 4h in total sleep…Iam crushed at this moment…
My doctor asked me to track my sleep, so he can see the “data”.So i buckled up my apple watch and i was shocked about the result.
None of my wake time is recorded, the minutes in between and not the early waking up. I layed awake in bed for 1 hour this morning, my watch doesnt show it at all.
It even says i was sleeping way earlier then i was actualy asleep.
So i was atleast 1 hour awake, this morning, my watch says i was 2 minutes awake the entire night.
My Galaxy Watch 4 was way better in tracking the awake time, what is going on here?
Any clue?
Do you use a Sleep schedule? If yes, does the sleep times tracked coincide with that schedule?
