All his success is apparently due to the kick up the backside and finally realising you have to work hard to make it. Bayern were super keen on him before he even went to Werder. Much better talent ID than West Brom and evidently Arsenal at the time.

Love how there isn’t the slightest acknowledgement that maybe they were wrong and missed something when it came to Gnabry.
