I accidentally (wasn’t paying attention) unplugged the wheel speed sensor cable and now i have the chassis stabilization code. I was told disconnecting the battery and reconnecting may fix that, since my code reader won’t get rid of it for some reason. If i disconnect it and then reconnect it, will i have to reprogram the battery? or will it just be straight forward to drive again?

Its called a battery nap. gives the modules time to lose the power in the capacitors. It all depends on the modules in your car so type is needed but all types will be fully drained by a 4 hour nap. I give mine an overnight nap every few years to lose the adaptions as after time they actually get worse.
