I own a 2013 VW golf gtd

I assume it has something to do with the brakes? When driving back from my destination I didn’t use much brakes at all, and it was cooler, but still fairly warm.

A couple of people say it could be a caliper but then could just be pads and disks?

I’m getting it looked at tomorrow, I just don’t want to get ripped off. i appreciate I may need to replace things in pairs. any idea how much labour is rear calipers disks and pads?
