He Guys i got some Strange Error when i try to Run the Vulkan Version of BG3 Someome an idea how to fix this Installed with Heroic
You can just add this game as non steam to steam and start it there.
Make sure you are running on Proton 8.0.4. or Experimental which forces the game run in DX11, had same issue. If it will not help, In properties select beta update and update game, then it should definitely work. When on GE it ends with this error.

I had the same error on another game and couldn’t find a solve so I gave up. Please let me know if you find a solution.
Just remove the proton prefix, make sure you have saves in the cloud.
Add the bg3_dx11.exe to Steam and start it with the Parameter --skip-launcher Vulcan wont Launch for me as well
Make a copy of both exe files and then remove BG3 from the folder and rename BG3 dx11 to BG3
