Business days are Monday to Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days, whether you personally work those days or not.

If you ordered on Thursday and it said 3-5 business days, be patient. If you haven’t received it by Friday, ok go ahead and complain about it.

Also, there are numerous factors that can affect the ETA:

  • If you live close to a DC, good, chances are you might get your order early (as did a handful of us so far).
  • If you live in a remote area, you might have to add a day or two.
  • Delivery truck breaks down, driver that covers your area gets sick, bad weather… these are all valid events that could delay your order.

I get it, we’re all super excited, but after 20 years of B2B, B2C and shipping worldwide experience, I’ve learned a thing or two about my own ETA expectations.

I’m unemployed, I have no business days. Does this mean I won’t get my delivered?
