I know the title is a bit concerning to read but I installed new rotors and brakes on our 2017 promaster 2500 and when I was on the 4th brake set I found a grease/lube packet in the box. I read I’m supposed to grease the back of every brake and the contact points but never the front. Should I redo every brake or will they be fine. We do have 7000lbs and a full tiny home in the van so the brakes are dealing with a decent amount of weight.

I would absolutely go back and do that. Lube the contact points where the pads sit in the bracket, and the back where the caliper touches. Without grease, the pads and can seize into the bracket and cause uneven wear/wear our way faster/overheat etc.
