Hi! I’m in need of a new ABS Pump for my 08 Golf Plus with the part code 1K0 614 517 AT. Haven’t managed to find the exact part, but have found 517 M, would it fit with some recoding for example or does it have to be 517 AT?

    My guess is the at is referring to the transmission. Like automatic transmission style or manual transmission. My guess is if it plugs in without force and the hookups match it will work. But i could be wrong.

      I would guess the same, but there are also variants like BE, AE and such. I drive a manual and the part I have says 517 AT, if your theory sticks, that’s probably why it doesn’t work. After almost crashing into a tree, I’m getting the 517 M and hoping for the best
