    These yellow speed bumps are meant to reduce speed, but these are on a highway where cars are circulating usually between 40 and 60 mph, I feel these can damage in some way the cars; what is the average speed you should cross by these without harming your car?

    The I10 Iwhatever interchange in Mobile had these leading into the junction when I lived there. They’re to alert drivers to reduces speed, not force it. My step-sister and her best-gen V6 golf can tell you that one haha

    Those aren’t speed bumps, they’re rumble strips meant to get your attention so you slow down. You could do 100 mph over these with no damage to your car.
