understanding how TDP really works (thanks to The Phawx for making this video)

In a nutshell, No, the steam deck OLED at lower TDP does not perform worse compared to the LCD.

OLED steam deck use a different TDP management which, at first glance, may lead one to think that its performance at low TDPs is worse compared to the LCD one.However, if we take into account the total power usage of the system, the oled steam deck proves more efficient by using less total power to provide the same level of permormance.

I am very curious to see the capabilities of this new APU in terms of undervolt, overclock and TDP management in the next months
