I’ve seen some folks here claiming that the almost 3 years old S21 Ultra has better cameras than the current S23 Plus. Is this claim true?? What are the arguments in that?
I can understand that the S21 Ultra being better at zoom thanks to the 10X optical, but what about the quality of the main sensor, ultrawide, selfie and video quality? I don’t really think people are taking into consideration a lot of factors like the computational photography of both phones… I would assume that the S23 Plus would be better for having a superior SoC and it being two generations apart.
S23+ is better in everything apart from that 10x zoom.
I believe video quality on 8gen2 will be better. I watched some videos and dynamic range was rly improved thanks to it
The cameras on the S23+ will be better in low light.
In good light, the S21U will offer very good 10x optical telephoto pictures and pretty usable 30x digital zoom photos.
So it depends on your needs…
S23+ way ahead.
I’m piggy backing on this one, Galaxy S20 Ultra vs S23+ for camera? If the S23+ has a better camera then I might not need to worry about the ugly shape of the S23U
