I just bought a flip 5 to replace my old iphone 11. I cant seem to text some iphones and I can’t send pictures at all. iphone groupchats are completely broken.

Ive tried the AT&T store which after endless testing (new sim, reset, all the works) they told me I need my apple ID disconnected from my phone number. the website on apple wont let me do it.

then I went to the apple store. they said the issue could only be fixed if I call apple support to fix the issue.

Im stumped. im fully convinced the apple support will be uselessis there ANYTHING I can try.

This is ridiculous, both apple and andriod need to figure out their issues.
