I just spent two hours on the phone with a Samsung trying to buy a 77 inch S90C that’s currently at 2499.99 for $1800 because there’s a promotion for AAA members. I logged into my AAA link, validated my account then it sent me to Samsung shopping where I logged in to my Samsung account and added the tv to my cart. However NOWHERE could i see the discount. It was still at 2499.99. I chatted with online expert, she couldn’t apply the discount, called customer service they said if I buy full price and call back later they’ll refund me 30-%. That sounded dodgy ASF so I declined. Anyone have had any luck with this promo? And why is Samsungs reps so incompetent?
Im not sure. I have tried for 2 days to make it worked just logging in through AAA and never worked until today when I created Samsung account. I don’t know. After I created Samsung account, I verified my cell phone number. That’s the only thing I did extra.
