Hello I have a 2020 Nissan x-trial with a sub roof. I purchased the car used in 2022. Two weeks ago the car fell into a ditch. This week I hit a curb. Yesterday there was heavy rains (the worse since the I have owned this car). The car was stationary the entire time it was raining. Today, every time I press the breaks, I hear slooshing from water. Also. There was a puddle of water under the drivers seat. Could this be from the time the car fell into the ditch? Or something to do with the sunroof? Please help

There are also drain plugs on the bottom of your vehicle. If you got partially submerged, any decent mechanic will pull off one of the rubber plugs on the underside and drain the water out.
