Trash it. That’s supposed to be all one piece. And ain’t no way you can weld it back together, neither should you try. There’s a website called Peddle, put your vehicle details in and a junker will buy it, pick it up, and hand you the check for it same day.
Car brain is a good one too for a quick fix. They gave me more than Peddle quoted for my shitbox Jeep.

This is probably repairable, however probably not advisable. The strut towers mount to the chassis of the car which is what has failed here due to rust.
It can be fixed. But it will cost a lot. I’ve seen a couple of mechanics or welders fix this on their own car. But never on a customer’s car.
First check if there is any more fatal rust… Not that you repair this and something else will break into two parts.

It would be a major repair, doubtful it would be economically worthwhile, and if it’s that bad probably the rest of the car is as bad or worse. Probably time to call the scrap yard.
