Hello all,

Wanted some advice my van shakes when I am traveling at 60+ mph. I’ve taken it to two mechanics and they can’t seem to figure it out. One said it could be the breaks and rotors. The other said to do a balance and rotation. I did that and nothing changed. I don’t want to dish out $600 for new brakes and rotors and the issue isn’t guaranteed fixed. The brakes do squeeze when I’m coming to a stop but no shaking during breaking. And the van drives really well under 50 mph. Could it be anything else? Someone else suggested the engine mount

It could be one of the axle shafts. You can download a vibration analyzer app on a smartphone or tablet to tell you what frequency the vibration has and then determine what part is most likely causing it.
