I have the Buds 2, but the bud from the right has low volume, I don’t know why. I wanted to know if Samsung would accept it anyway, in a trade in. I’m going to upgrade to the Buds 2 pro.

My buds 2 were struggling when I sent them for trade for my buds2 pro and I got the full amount. You’re good

Samsung is actually quite nice already. People will complain its people and its the internet but samsung gives alot of leeway youre fine
Only if you’re in your American bubble, good trade in deals etc are exclusive to the US.

They usually get reduced volume from earwax getting into the mesh. Nothing wrong with them structurally, although even if there was something wrong with them they would mostly likely still accept them.
They weren’t picky on any of my trade ins. Do have to say though I have the buds 2 pro and just brought the buds FE and like the FEs soooo much better than the pro. They stay in my ears while eating and talking while the 2 pro do not. And they’re super comfortable, I’ve actually ended up falling asleep with them in several times without meaning to
