Hey all. I just did a brake fluid flush as I’m planning to go to the track in December and needed one anyways. After I was done with the flush, I noticed that the brake pedal isn’t as stiff as it was before and starts to feel stiff further in the pedal throw range than it did before. It still brakes at the same point and with the same bite, however the pedal feel is off and it has thrown me off a few times as it wasn’t what I was expecting. The pedal will go about 10-15% further down than normal before becoming stiff. I should also say that I removed my calipers and their brakets to clean and seal them so I may have screwed up there as well. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

Also of note is used Castrol SRF dot 3-4 fluid on a stock 2022 GR86 with stock pads and calipers.

Sounds like you have air in the brake line somewhere. Try bleeding them again, remember to start with passenger rear, then drivers rear, then passenger front, and then drivers front. Double check all the lines where the connect to the calipers for leaks as well.
