If Everton lied about amounts they were spending and 'cooking the books', I would feel differently. But they have been the opposite of this

    Feel is the correct term

    They ate being justly punished in a way that wont relegate them.

    If its the start then so be it.

    Man Citeh and chelsea also need to be docked points.

    Maybe auto relegation. Would be a fun championship
