I’m not sure it’s a two-sides rivalry, but Forest fans tend not to have a high opinion of Anderlecht.
When the clubs met in the 1984 UEFA Cup Semi Final, Forest won the first leg 2-0. The second game had some dodgy refereeing decisions and Anderlecht progressed to the final with a 3-2 aggregate win.
It came to light in 1997 that Anderlecht’s president had paid the referee £20,000. Anderlecht received a ban from European competitions.

I would be interested to know what Anderlecht fans think about it - or even how aware they are of it.
As a Forest fan of a certain age, it was definitely the first thing that came to my mind.
