Hi guys, I’m thinking about buying a steam deck. But I think I would be favoring Windows instead of SteamOS just because I’m more familiar with it and I don’t mind the quirks. Would it still be worth it for me or am I better off with a Windows native handheld like the ROG Ally? Thanks!
If you want windows go ROG Ally or Legion go. Some decent discounts available now as well!
However… I’d never used linux til i had my deck - it’s been really straightforward. The community around the deck is fantastic and anything you would need to do there are multiple guides available. It is so so good to use as a console - its getting nearly as good as my switch in terms of plug and play
