2005 rover 75 had a dead battery yesterday. Found out the wipers had been going on and off throughout the night. Jump started the car and took the fuse out for the wipers in the afternoon but this morning car battery was dead again. Any suggestions what’s going on or how to save the battery?
You got to charge it using a battery charger or leave the car running, it will take few hours of idling to recharge battery. Get a voltmeter and test it after recharging (test on crank too), maybe battery is no good and cant be saved. How to test battery.
